Cancellation Policy
Payment is due no later than 15 days of the time of booking. All deposits for any services are non refundable if cancelled after 24 hours after booking. If services are cancelled within the 24 hour deadline, a partial refund may be refunded. No Show Policy: Here at SwiftTise, we schedule our appointments so that each client receives the right amount of time to discuss their updates for their services. That’s why it is very important that you keep your scheduled appointment with us and arrive on time. As a courtesy, and to help clients remember their scheduled appointments, SwiftTise sends text messages and email reminders 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us so we may reschedule you, and accommodate those clients who are waiting for an appointment. As a courtesy to our office, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, a $25 “no-show” service charge will be invoiced to you. This “no-show charge” is non-refundable After three consecutive no-shows to your appointment, SwiftTise may decide to terminate its relationship with you unless the client communicates with SwiftTise directly. If you do not show within 15 minutes of the start of your appointment, you will be considered a “no-show” and an invoice will be sent to the email you have provided on file.
