Beat Poor Performance

This past Monday, August 8th, we talked about starting early for your planning for 2023. Now is a great time to start having your team meetings. If you did not catch our SwiftTip for the week, you can visit our YouTube page to catch up! Make sure you like and subscribe as well!

So we covered some of this is last weeks' blog post, but it's always good to be reminded of what we need to do especially when it comes to life and our businesses. We talked last week about taking a vacation! How many began planning their vacations? How many began planning and strategizing for the first quarter of the year? SwiftTise is well on their way for planning for the next few months including the beginning of 2023.

We always have a saying "Work smarter, not harder" and we know many of you have heard this phrase throughout the course of your life. It has a great purpose here for this topic we are discussing. You do not want to wait until the last minute to start planning big things. Prior planning beats poor performance. You always want to have the mindset to show up in excellence when it comes to your business.

You always want to make sure you are putting out quality content and quality products for your customers. If you already have a stable audience of loyal customers, then you need to keep their interest when posting content and you need to keep them in mind when you are planning for the first part of the new year. What is it that they need? How can you serve your audience better? Later this month, we will talk about getting feedback from your audience and finding out what exactly it is that they are looking for and then you can go and create that for them to keep them coming back!

You can strategize and work out the kinks months before you begin to roll out new ideas. There's less chance of it performing poorly if you plan ahead versus rolling it out in that month that it's supposed to roll out. You can course correct, readjust and make it perfect for your audience. So make sure you set time on your schedules to start planning early. Do not wait until December and do not wait until January! This is your warning to begin planning now! You will thank yourself later!
